Department store restaurant.
Branding, signage and literature.
Harveys of Halifax is a very established and well loved department store in West Yorkshire. Its restaurant, on the store's top floor, is very popular with their customers and a favourite place to enjoy a tea, coffee or lunch while looking over the town's characterful centre. When the Harveys' owners decided to update the restaurant's interior they asked me to design its new branding.
I presented several designs and the chosen one was applied to signage, menus, point-of-sale and posters. A selection of the alternative designs I presented are shown below.
